Why do I need a property inspection?
The Pinstripe Inspection is a periodic visit to a property to assess the standard of upkeep and general condition of the property. This service is for large portfolio agents looking for support on a volume (generally 100+ inspections).
REPORTS INCLUDE
→ General tenant upkeep of the property
→ Observations in relation to terms of the lease (smoking, sub-letting etc)
→ Significant damage
→ Room overview photography
→ Tenant comments
COMPLETION
The finished report is converted to PDF and distributed electronically to our clients via Pinstripe Live within 24 hours of attending the property.
These visits are by pass key with the managing agent pre arranging the visit by letter/email to tenants. Block bookings of 10+ inspections per day minimum in geographical proximity (3 miles). During the Inspection we will not use the original Inventory.
